GUIDELINES FOR COVID POSITIVE PATIENT IF YOU ARE HOME QUARANTINE
❇️ Take following drugs

🔹 Tab Vitamin c
1 tab two times in a
🔹 Tab multivitamin
1 tab once in a day
🔹 Vitamin D sachet
1 sachet once a *week*
🔹 Tab Zinc 50mg
1 tab once in a day
🔹 Tab Paracetamol 500mg
1 tab if fever and can repeat after 6 hours

❇️ Take care of yourself

➖ Always stay in a separate room with attach bathroom
➖ Eat whatever you like
Avoid cold food. Always eat in disposal plates and pack in plastic bags before throwing. If you are using utensils then wash utensils yourself.
➖ Use minimum clothes. For washing, keep clothes in hot water for 2 hours before washing. Don't ask another person to wash your clothes.
➖ Drink warm water
➖ Steam inhalation 3 times in a day
➖ Warm water gargle 2 times in a day
➖ Sleep for 6 to 8 hours in a day
➖ Do deep breathing exercise
➖ Listen to music and keep yourself busy in reading book
➖ Avoid phone call and answer via message
➖ Do 6 minute exercise three times a day.
Check oxygen saturation and pulse rate before exercise. Now do brisk (fast) walk or slow jogging for a complete 6 minute and immediately check oxygen saturation and pulse rate.
🟡 If pulse rate and saturation is same, repeat test by doing harder brisk walk or jogging.
🟢 If pulse rate increase by 20 or more and oxygen saturation is same..... Very good
🔴 If pulse rate increases by 20 or more and oxygen saturation decreases by 4%... Consult Dr immediately

❇️ Investigation
🔸 Asymptomatic patient.... No investigation
🔸 Symptomatic patient (Fever or cough)
➖ Do CT on day 5 of symptoms
Can do early if oxygen saturation is less than 95% or feeling breathless
➖ Basic blood investigation on day 3 of symptoms
Can be done early if the clinical condition is bad.
➖ Test Covid markers on day 4/5
🔴 Early dangerous sign
🔹 If not able to walk
🔹 Continuous high grade fever
🔹 Eating less than 50% of normal diet
🔹 Saturation drop after 6 minute exercise
🔹 Changes in CT scan
🔹 Changes in blood report.
