Why planning is important for success?; Luck favor those who create plan for success.
PLANNING FOR SUCCESS

There is a famous quote, “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail.” Have you seen any famous structure that was started to build without a plan, then why do we work hard without planning? An 10 minutes of planning daily saves your 100 hours in a year. Maximum students want to do their best but lack the proper goal & planning to demotivate them to work hard.
In short, Planning is the 2nd step in principle of success and defined as “Deciding in advance what to do, when to do, how to Do n who to do- it is a function that determines in advance what should be done.”
In short...Planning is bringing the future into the present so that you can do something about it now.
🔴 Why is planning important?

❇ In 1979, Harvard University had conducted research on MBA students by asking, " Have you set a clear, written goal for your future and made a plan to accomplish them?.”
🔹 84:% students had no goals at all
🔹13% students had written goal but no plan to accomplish that
🔹 3% students had proper written goal along with the planning down the 5 year.
❇ All of them were called back after 10 years and results will motivate you to have proper goal setting (Read my blog on GOAL SETTING) and planning.
🔹 13% with proper goal setting were earning twice compared to 84% students with NO goal.
🔹 3% with a written goal and planning earned ten times as much as all the others put together.
In short...Students who don't make proper planning in their goal setting are less likely to accomplish them.

Wars are not won on the battlefield, it is won in the war room due to proper planning.
🔹 Focuses attention on objectives like studying target subjects and avoiding unnecessary material
Example: If you had targeted NEET for HSC board exams, you can plan to focus maximum time on Physics, Chemistry & Biology
🔹 Identify weakness and create corrective action.
Example: You may be finding difficult in Physics so, you can take corrective action
🔹 Small daily progress will motivate you to work hard.
Example: As you start getting good marks in the main subject, you will enjoy your hard work.
🔹 Ultimately your true potential will be unlocked.
Example: You will qualify for an MBBS seat.
In short ...Planning help to manage limited time and energy you have
🔴 How to plan for your goal?
If you observe any successful person, they always follow a personal schedule written plan.
🔹 Plan according to your main goal (Read my blog on Goal setting).
🔹 Now set monthly goal (short term) considering long-term main goal.
🔹 Divide short term goals into weekly goal taking consideration of priorities.
🔹 Now set goal for tomorrow considering weekly goals and daily priority.
....success is inevitable
In short...Plan your work today and everyday then works your plan
🔴 How to set up daily planning?

As a full time pediatrician, I fully understand the value of daily planning. I need to create enough time for Child psychology and helping teenagers while giving maximum priority to my job as a Doctor and of course my family. I plan my daily routine in writing as it helps me to create time for Child psychology also.
🔹 Develop systemic plan of your own need
▪️ Never follow anyone while making your own plan.
▪️ You can learn from other experiences while making your own plan.
🔹 Always write on a paper
▪️ Starting each day with a written plan for what you want to accomplish will help to focus on what's important.
▪️ It helps to identify your weakness, left task and possible obstacles in your goal.
▪️ As everything is in written format, it helps you to analyze and make a possible correction
🔹 Review your progress daily in night
▪️ To determine the level of success, you must review your daily checklist.
▪️ When you complete a task, you simply tick it off.
🔹 If you achieve your desire goal, praise yourself
▪️ This is a powerful motivator to help you stick with it.
▪️ If you are making good progress, it motivates you to work harder.
🔹 If you don't achieve, write reason for not achieving it
▪️ It helps to identify the hurdle before you fall too far behind.
▪️ If you are wasting time gossiping or chatting on social media, you can easily correct it.
🔹 Change your plan as per need and time
▪️ You can then identify the changes that need to be made and implement them.
In short...Create daily TO-DO list of things that you should do today to work towards your goal
